To formally close our centennial celebration, it was decided by the
centennial committee that we will invite Bishop Tikhon of South Canaan to
celebrate the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, December 5, 2004, in honor of the
feast day of St. Nicholas, our patron Saint. This will imitate the
time when St. Patriarch Tikhon came to consecrate the church around
the same time in 1904. Greeting and Vesting of His Grace will begin at
9:00AM that morning. A lenten dinner will be served in the church hall
following services that morning.
